Description
T3 is a northern operator offering substantial broadband fiber-connected via metro networks.We have today more than 40 000 customers spread in over 150 city networks throughout Sweden. In addition to broadband via the metro network, we also deliver dedicated solutions to businesses, housing associations and property owners as well as additional services for both consumers and businesses. Headquarters are located in Umeå where we are today 45 employees. We are in an expansive phase with a high growth rate and a vision that in fiscal year 2015 to become the leading player on the metro network market in northern Sweden with more than 50,000 broadband customers.
Company history
T3 was founded in 2002 in Vindeln as a subsidiary of data management provider The IT Norr Group. IT Norr had then been an active data management provider on the Swedish market since 1997 with 3,000 corporate clients. Already after a few years, had T3 grown larger than the parent company and in 2008 the companies were merged into a company that was better equipped to meet the growing competition in the market. Today, the company Telecom3 Sweden AB is a wholly owned subsidiary of Telecom3 AB, which was largely owned by the company's founder Johan Åsberg and Mikael Holmlund.
