During the time you rent the server, we change the hardware on it if something breaks. We guarantee that we always have enough spare parts in stock. We guarantee a maximum response time of 2 hours after reporting problems, our average response time is 24 minutes. This does NOT cost extra but is part of our service to you. This is included in all dedicated servers you buy from us and applies up to 5 years after the start of your contract.
