😠 Terrible and awful!
Can`t get my account activation for 4 days (from Sunday) - still in Pending status
Invoice #23430 for bulletproofhost.net with 2 dedicated IPs - payd 14.04
And it`s not custom server with specific configuration, but just reseller account on virtual hosting!
Support (Martin) just asked yesterday (16/04/2019 10:53 #344292) a realy irrelevant question "Hello, Do you need to use the dedicated ip as reseller shared ip or for a single host?"
and that`s all folks!
I used this hosting from 2016 and it was good, but not anymore.
UPDATE: (19 Apr)
The problem is solved. Actually "It is not possible to have 2 shared ips on one reseller".
all misunderstanding caused by this matter.
