😁 I think they are a very good host. Been with them for under 1 month. Great service. Uptime is excelent and also the speed of account setup and delpyment is super fast. Only isue I found for ratting them 9 was Customer Care, as from the 7 issues I needed to contact them online, for 1 they were not there..:) but I guess we all need to go to the "happy room" at least few times a day, so I give them an excuse :)

😁 I wanted to drop a line about them. They are a great hoster company. I loved the way they treat you and the fact that they are not like these huge hosting providers that never return emails or never really are there on their live chats. Bluewave is live on live chat, replies to emails in minutes and most of all they do so many other stuff beside hosting, that it just makes you wanna stay with them forever.

They gave me then 6 months free trial as entry, and ever since i never had major problems. Yes: their support is great, helped me a lot in every occasion and also, what I love the most is the sense of family and intimacy they greet every customer with. From shared plans, to reseller with full options for prices so low, to dedicated servers installed in insane velocity, to domain registration, SEO services, online marketing and we design, ... they have it all.

😁 I have tried various other hosting companies in the past and after obtaining (dare I say it) hopeless service, I'm proud to say that I have hosted all my sites with bluewave for three years now and I have to say I am simply amazed with the service provided by this company. I'd highly recommend this company to anyone who wants to set up a site or to even people who have no idea what they want to put on their site. (They have a LARGE amount of scripts that you can choose from which they provide free installation for).
Again, if you want excellent service, you're looking for bluewave.

😁 I found Bluewavehosted.com at the recommendation of a friend who was hosted with them at the time. My first impressions:
1. Killer website design
2. Neat and professional Tech Support team
3. Short reply times to Support Tickets (3-8 minutes average)
4. Live Support Chat is almost 24/7 live, although they advertise it as "during business hours only", they are live many times OUT of the business hours and I think this is great.
5. Their support speaks English, German, French and even Italian and Spanish, and this makes it so easy to send your issues to them, no matter what country you live in.
6. Their prices are so low sometimes you think they are for freeL)( :)
7. From Shared , Reseller to Dedicated Servers Hosting they have it all. They also do Domain Registration at only $12/year and also web development and webdesign.
8. THEY ARE JUST GREAT.
9. No, they have NOT paid me to post here, I just want to let people know how good these people are.

😁 Yeah, I just saw this website trying to find better hosts, but I thought I HAD to throw a testimony about www.BluewaveHosted.com: they are GREAT!!! I am their client for the Reseller R3 Plan for 5 months now and I am more than satisfied. Also, I ordered a Dedicated Server 4 days ago, and within 24 hours it was live and working. Their support is truly professional and always there to help. I love the support system they use, so neat and simple. Their support staff is very trained and also speaking more languages: English, German, French... so customers from all over the World can get a better communication with them. Go go go!!!!!

😁 I am suing their S3 plan and started with S1 8 months ago. Their servers are great speed and also the features in the CPanel, including the RV Skins, enabling all languages to be added to interface, is sweet. I am very satisfied. Can only recommend them to anybody. They also have 24/7 live support and ticket support.
