😞 No phone number to call. Service requests done via webpage portal & email only. Support slow to respond and often blames third parties for issues. In general, customer support is lackluster and has a "we will get to it when we get to it" attitude. Billing also slow to respond to complaints and make things right.
Many times they have had issues with their servers and it's like we have to prove to them their shit is broke. Or tell them to reboot a server, change an IP because Google blacklisted mail from it, etc.

😁 I’ve been with bluewho for over 10 years. They are the best host and my uptime is always 100%. I admit I do pay more, but what is a few dollars when you need high level uptime ? I’m happy to pay.

they are awful. they randomly ban or block your ip if you are doing too much work on your website or uploading files. they also have terrible uptime on the servers. my site has been down this whole day.
