Camtel is a national telecommunications and Internet service provider in Cameroon. The company is busy building its network, including: Access to a CDMA (Code Division Multiple Access) network; digitization of the country's telephone exchanges; and optical fiber along the highway between Douala and Yaoundé, and between Kribi and Lolodorf.

Cameroon Telecommunications is statutorily administered by two bodies: the Board of Directors and the General Management.

The day-to-day management and application of the company's general policy are handled by a Chief Executive Officer assisted by two Deputy Chief Executive Officers, under the authority and control of the Board of Directors to whom he reports.

L'entreprise est occupée à construire son réseau, y compris : L'accès à un réseau CDMA (Code Division Multiple Access) ; numérisation des centraux téléphoniques du pays ; et la fibre optique le long de l'autoroute entre Douala et Yaoundé, et entre Kribi et Lolodorf.

La Cameroon Telecommunications est statutairement administrée par deux organes : le Conseil d’Administration et la Direction Générale.

La gestion quotidienne et l’application de la politique générale de la société sont assurées par un Directeur Général assisté de deux Directeurs Généraux Adjoints, sous l’autorité et le contrôle du Conseil d’Administration à qui il rend compte.
