CoollHandle started as a group of IT professionals in early 2001 to introduce a new standard in the fast changing environment of web hosting. With over a decade of web hosting experience on various hosting platforms and operating systems, particularly Apache and Linux, we bring a wealth of knowledge and the capability to handle any hosting needs. This experience also comes with the support and knowledge our customers have come to rely on. We ensure that customer’s questions are resolved timely and effectively and from our friendly and respectful customer support team.

We operate a state-of-the-art data center. We keep our links under 50% utilization; when we reach that point we add additional capacity. This allows us to absorb traffic bursts without dropping packets. Our data center, located in Los Angeles, California, is in the same building used by the nation’s 12 largest Internet providers to connect to each other. We also maintain multiple Tier-1 upstream providers; we currently have three such providers.

We have taken measures to minimize our environmental impact at our offices and data centers by reconfiguring our entire infrastructure to improve power savings. In addition, we have made efforts to offset our carbon footprint by purchasing Green-E Certified Renewable Energy Credits (“REC’s”). We now purchase 100% of our energy usage in renewable energy REC’s from all over the United States.
