Cannot say enough good things about their support. And the people who talk to you actually KNOW something - no overseas call centers here. I've heard complaints about the email system, which I cannot comment on as I use Google for Business instead of their servers.

I can't rave enough about them. I've used Exmasters HD video hosting for not so long hosting my own domains and some for friends and family. Whenever I've needed support I’ve got the answer I needed within a few hours although UK/US time difference affects the wait. Excellent customer service.

We had been on the exact vps we ordered for almost 2 months but needed to upgrade. Took only 12 hours to get the new server built, took 4 days to migrate to the new server (my site was only down for 90 mins at the end). Exmasters is a good web host - TOP one!

I have repeatedly received assistance from both Tech Support and Customer service from Exmasters VPS hosting plans. They knew all the answers to the questions I was asking… which is more than can be said of some other providers who I've had to deal with that outsource their customer service to foreign countries with agents who barely speak English. 5 STARS!

I've had questions that were answered and fixed as soon as possible, and complex problems worked on by the hosting admins personally resolved in only a couple days. They have live chat to help if you get stuck... and they seem to be available almost all the time. Exmasters is great.
