Great hosting! We have a few plans – Budget, Economy, and also Cloud hosting plan. All are really good.

At first, we used it only for development and to keep archives of our portfolio sites. But the more we use it, the more we want to use it. Great speed, fast and easy to use. Support is great and knowledgeable and always consistent.

Hostforlife.eu is by far the best hosting company I have ever worked with. Their tech are all very knowledgeable and it is super easy to get one of them on the phone. They don't under price and over sell their service like most hosting companies. They are independent based company and not part of a large conglomerate like so many others. I have been using Hostforlife.eu to host several .NET and C# based websites, with MS-SQL server, and it has been running without issues. Prices are very low, and their customer service very helpful and quick.

No SSL certificate-troubles. Its just installed and running within a few hours.
A very cheap alternative to Azure and a good alternative to be hosting yourself.

Purchased the basic Economy hosting plan. I was surprised how fast they had my account setup and running. Was within an hour and the DNS servers propagation time was very reasonable within 24 hours. I asked a couple of questions through their helpdesk support system, within seconds a support agent was their to help and gave me more than enough information to answer my questions. Apart from excellent hosting for .NET websites, I can't say enough about how responsive and kind the billing and support teams are!

As an example, I recently and hastily registered new domain through Hostforlife and in my haste misspelled the name! I knew my actions were probably irreversible, but I sent a support ticket to billing department, and my shock, surprise, and pleasure, they went to the trouble of intercepting and reversing the registration process, and gave me full refund.

A few quirks occur occasionally, such as when I deleted and rebuilt a database, it was put on a different server and forced all new connection strings and 2nd database which was part of the system now had to be accessed independently via SQL management tools.

I have around 10 different clients that I must house not only their programs but their SQL data and SSRS report. I looked around at the time I started around 8 years ago and there was not a lot of choice out there. I went with Hostforlife and besides some glitches that are pretty much few and far between I have been nothing short of satisified. Yes, there is downtime at infrequent intervals. Nothing 100%, but Hostforlife is pretty darned close. Also, if I have a problem and write them they are always back to me in a reasonable amount of time. I truly appreciate that. The main reason we went with Hostforlife was the reports of higher web server speeds. Whether that is due to fewer accounts on each server or just the quality of the servers and server software, our website usually do run faster. We can create our websites with Asp.net and have them load just fast as basic HTML files in some cases. The account features are easy to access and use in general. The pricing for most of the hosting plans are competitive with some of the bigger hosting brands.

Currently, I'm in the progress of updating a website of mine offering it in 4 languages. For that, I had to make sure the website can show umlauts like German, ä, ö, and ü.

You couldn't have a better partner than Hostforlife! Hostforlife has always been awesome in its support teams, they have some of the best tech support people on the planet. Sales team is also amazing.

The biggest reason and the one that I am most grateful for and why I would recommend Hostforlife is that like many companies we were devastated by Covid-19 pandemic as were all of our clients most of which are students.

😠 You will pay extra money for basic web server functionality
I had a very bad experience with this hosting. There was no trial period, so I had to pay 20 EUR for first 3 month. Fine, not a big deal. So I paid and wait few hours for email with hosting details. Then I started to setup my website on their hosting, and by the some reason PUT and DELETE HTTP methods didn't worked. I spent few hours to understand what I'm doing wrong. Then I wrote to support team, and it turns out that PUT and DELETE methods are disabled on web server! And I have to pay extra 15 EUR for setup this functionality on web server by support team! And there is no human readable text on their web site about this "extra" feature. So after such bad customer experience I found other hosting and decided to get my 20 EUR back. After my request to return my money, support team said that they can enable HTTP methods for free. So they just tried to scam 15 EUR, and when I refuse to pay and asked about withdraw my 20 EUR they agree to enable HTTP methods. Very bad customer [read more...]

I looked for a new hosting provider after the hosting provider I used for years decided not to host Windows any longer. I found Hostforlife through web search and moved both of my sites to there platform. Best decision I've made in a long time, my classic ASP sites were up in less than 30 minutes and SQL server restore from a backup took an additional 15 minutes. In about 1 hour, my site were fully functional and little quirks from my last hosting service were gone. With Hostforlife everything works perfectly. Anyway I highly recommend Hostforlife for any kind of Windows hosting needs. It just works!

We use Hostforlife for our main website hosting and have for a few years now. It was easy to select the right server for us and to get it setup. Hostforlife helped us all along the way and it was basically effortless.

Hostforlife also provides wonderful online tools for us to use to manage the server. It is super easy.

What I like the most is their customer support. They are available to assist in a hurry. I just go to their support portal online and ask for the help I need and they take care it for me. Would definitely recommend Hostforlife. The server performance has been super stable. No downtime. Most importantly, their support team is outstanding. I'm always getting my problems solved quickly - I need help from them on a monthly basis and they always answer immediately and solve within 24hrs.

There may be cheaper products on the market, but the service is definitely worth paying for!

I have several clients that host with Hostforlife and I have never had a bad experience with them. When needed, their support has answered questions after regular business hours (even though my problems haven't merited it). They have always been friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. When one of my problems was because of being on the wrong hosting platform, they diagnosed the problem and moved the site for me very quickly.

😁 I had an old ASP website that had MS Access DB on Godaddy and Godaddy dropped support for MS Access. I needed to get it moved to another hosting provider. I'm a developer but with DB/Desktop app and not web-apps, so I'm kind of newbie with this stuff. The Hostforlife staff was awesome with my questions. They provided examples and in a few cases tested my site which helped me sort out problems with the DB and emailing that weren't working. Everything works great now!

I've used many other providers in the past, like Godaddy and also Hostgator. Hostforlife has been far more responsive.

Overall if you need reliable .net hosting, you can use Hostforlife. Their mail integration is excellent as well and I love their SQL support. I can't think of any way to improve their dashboard really.

If you need SSL support, it just few clicks on their control panel and it is free. No need to spend more money for SSL. Great!

I've been with different hosting providers, the cheap ones because my budget has to be considered. I've found a number of hosting, paid for a year, hosted some websites, and they promised me a thing about speed and support, only be dismayed later on because of the restrictions and their support took longer than expected.

I've found Hostforlife hosting, explore their tiers and decided to create an account and paid for a quarter plan, yes, you read that right, they offer this. You only need to ask their support and you'll get a link to pay. For its price, I considered Hostforlife hosting my savior plus the up to date panel with extended features and free SSL that many of my previous hosting don't offer. One of the sites I hosted is a bit heavy, and when I transferred it to Hostforlife hosting, it loads perfectly even without enabling caching in the backend.

I have used Hostforlife for a few different sites that I eventually took down over the past few years. I do think their tech support has been amazing for the most part. I now have a great site that I intend to keep-it as a social site.

Anytime we have a problem which is very rare, they are there to take care of it right away. If you are new and have new small site, they should be your only choice. They will help you anytime you need them.

This saves me hundreds a year just on install cost. I recommend them for the great speed of the server and the excellent customer service.

The only friction point that I had was that I set up and additional account for my company for one of my team, but the website ties to single user account, and I couldn't provide permissions for two. A small thing though, not a big problem.

At first, I used their Classic plan, and then upgrade to Business plan once my website require more traffic, MSSQL space, and bandwith. The upgrade is fast and there is no downtime during upgrade. Hostforlife is superb! We were working on our studio project. Previously, we use free hosting that we found on Google. We tried their service but so many advertisement in website, had limited services, and many restrictions. Support was abysmal - lots of email back and forth and waiting and them pointing you to cryptic and inconsistent responses and shoving documentation at you to try and figure out on your own how to do whatever it was you needed.

I have hosted 5 sites with them and recommend them as my first pick, my top reasons are because the speed and support level you get. They will always reply you within 10-15 minutes. Sometimes, you can wait for hour if they need to check your issue further. But for basic questions, they will always answer you within few minutes.

I remembered I have issue with my database script and my schedule job is not working. I then contacted them to fix this issue. They only need around 30 minutes to find my code problem. They pointed it my mistake.

Price is slightly above the average i think, but when i look at the costs for all the help and support i get i think its worth it. Just go ahead with them if you are looking for reliable .net hosting provider.

The minus is only with their memory application. It seems they wont allow me to use more than 2 GB usage. If my site utilize that quota, it will automatically recycle. It will crash sometimes if I have many visitors on my site.

I have used so many hosting providers in past, but they are the most reliable for me.

I have tried all major hosts. At my last frustation with other hosts which made me contact them everyday because the site was down, I then decided to switch to Hostforlife.

As I registered and paid, they activate my account quickly and the welcome email is crystal clear. I just need to follow the instructions, I don't need any support and I can do it alone since it is very clear and easy. My site up very quickly.

My experience so far with them is good, my site never down and everything work smoothly. Uptime and speed are really good. This is the first platform I am really happy after 7 years being fed up with incompetent hosts which just focus on taking your money and then screw you up.

The was only one time when all databases went down for about 5 minutes and I opened a ticket regarding this issue and by the time they took a look at it the issue was already resolved. They'll help you setting up Your Site and if you have any technical difficulties, they're there to help you through it all.

I've changed domains several times and they're always willing to work with me about transferring and/or cancelling domains and websites. Best of all, the technical support is always great. You tell them what's wrong and they'll fix it.

Period. I've backed myself in some nasty corners with my websites and they have always fixed it just right. I'll never use another service. I'm a loyal Hostforlife customer through and through.

I have never set up a site from scratch myself before, so was more than a little hesitant. When I ran into problems with the ASP.NET, I was amazed at the speed and thoroughness of the support I received firstly from their support. In the end I was modifying A records and MX records on my registrar for the domain's site which is not Hostforlife. So very impressed.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Hostforlife to anyone, even if you have very little knowledge on what to do, the help you will receive will be quick and outstanding.

They do not provide Web Deploy support. No DB backup or restore but having to open a support ticket. For having "dared" to complain in a very polite manner we received an unacceptably rude answer.

😃 I have been a customer of Hostforlife since 3 years. And all this time, their service has been great, in terms of site uptime and technical support. Their hosting feature offers many features which are useful not only for novice customers but also to technical persons like Web developers or programmers.

The ability to host multiple domains under 1 hosting account, unlimited email accounts, unlimited bandwidth and one click install of popular web scripts are some of the hosting features which needs to be noteable.

Their technical support team is well educated about the products/ services offered by them and this would surely help customers in saving a lot of time and money as the issues are resolved in faster time frame.

But the only negative I would like to point out is the hosting pricing on their Advertisements. That particular pricing is applicable only for long term contracts (3 years). But thats a good marketing strategy!

😁 I was in search for simple asp.net host and find these guys. The speed and response is overall pretty good. Other good thing they support multiple .net versions up to 4.6. They also support Crystal report and some other providers dont support this feature. Although this is an addon, but this is still very cheap. So far all been working fine no issues.

On not so great side can say web control panel can sometimes be slow specially when changing some config on their control panel.

In the end I'm still happy and if you are looking for Asp.net host i can clearly recommend them.

😁 I'm very satisfied with HostForLIFE. The tech support is unsurpassed from my experience. I needed help transferring my ASP.NET site to them. I'm not a techy. Their tech support had me up and going quickly. Once they understood I wasn't tech savvy then they worked in the background to migrate my site for free. There were a couple of hiccups but that wasn't due to HostForLIFE. The fault was with my previous site host. Tech support kept at it and found a work around. Next thing I knew, I got an email saying all is well. These guys are creative.

I loved how persistent tech support was at finding an appropriate way to move my site.

From a business perspective, the cost is fabulous. I only pay around EUR 7.00/month for 1 year subscription in advance. That's very great deal.

1. Their support is really helpful and very patience with me
2. Fast turnaround for all technical issues.
3. Excellent accounts team who understand their customers needs.
4. Year on year, my services have got better for the same amount of cash outlay.

Not the cheapest, but I've tried cheaper options and it's not worth it simply because time is money and HostForLIFE simply takes a load off my shoulders.

😁 I don't know really where to start with this review, because I have so many good things to say about HostForLIFE.

HostForLIFE's customer support are truely 24/7. I've sent tickets at 2am, and gotten replies back 15 minutes later. Every single ticket I've sent, has been resolved extremely quickly, by someone very knowledgable and polite. Even when I had some stupid questions, they still happily helped answer them. HostForLIFE's customer service is nothing short of amazing and is the best customer service experience I've had from any company, ever.

I'm only on their shared hosting package, but the quality of their hosting in my experience cannot be beat. They're not the cheapest hosting company out there, but it's premium hosting for a budget price. I honestly don't think you can get better value for your money elsewhere.

😠 I've been with this organization for a week, that's it. One week. And nothing but issues. Currently all 4 of my sites are down (error 503) and have been for at least the last 7 hours. They were down yesterday for the same reason. I opened a ticket 7 hours ago to get this problem fixed and all I've got so far is silence and the sites remain inaccessible.

Seems if you don't pay for a high monthly fee program, you don't get any service. I'm on the HFL Budget plan.

😁 I've been using HostForLIFE for several years. I moved one domain to HostForLIFE when the hosting service I was using became very unreliable. The features on HostForLIFE were so much better than what I was accustomed to for about the same cost.

Being able to Manage SQL Server and IIS remotely is a great benefit. My previous hosting service only offered MySQL and I had to use the PHP interface which isn't bad, but it's nowhere near as good as SQL Server Management Studio which I can use now.

I haven't needed to use support often but when I have created a ticket, someone has always contacted me in a matter of hours, sometimes sooner and issues are always resolved quickly. This is not the norm in the hosting business.

Creating subsites and hosting domains from other registrars is quite easy using IIS. I'm using HostForLIFE for all of my domains now.

I hosted my first site with them about 2.5 years ago. At that time, I was using .NET 4 on my website. The next site that I hosted with them was about 1.5 years ago and I used .NET 4.5 on my second site. Surprisingly, I can easily deploy my second .NET 4.5 website to their server and it works directly. Now, I have my third e-commerce site running in nopCommerce with them. So far so good, even sometimes,, I notice a bit of performance issue, especially during the peak time. I will look to upgrade to their dedicated server once I can make some monies from my ecommerce business :)

I actually was recommended by my business colleague to sign up with them about 2 years ago. At first, I am not so confident simply because I do not really like their Plesk Control Panel. However, few days later and after a series of communication with their support team, I started to like their control panel. I was from CPanel background on Linux Server and this is the first time I used a windows-based panel. This is why I was not used to it. Overall good web host. It has been 4 years I am with these people without any problem as such. There are 1 issue that not serious enough, but expected to be resolved.

My problem sometimes with their control panel - it sometimes takes 3-10 seconds to load. Sometimes it is annoying. It keeps on showing 'loading'. But, there is no problem with my site. It loads really fast and I'm very happy with my server performance. I host my site on their European data center.

But these issue is not sufficient enough to prevent me from continuing with HostForLIFE.

Tech support is always ready anytime, and always willing to help. Highly supportive and responsible. Tickets are followed up on daily basis asking if I am satisfied. Many cheap and very easy ways to contact to support team.

😠 This company is bogus. We made a premium price to host with them, and they manage to mess everything up. All our emails, website and database deleted. They dont even respond to email or sort out this issue. Our emails and website has been down for over 48 hours and they have not resolved this at all. We have lost money aswell as business. They also do not have a contact number.
My advise to stay away from these idiots, they are real scams.

My page speed was higher than many other sites, server up time was very satisfactory. My site hosted on their Amsterdam based server and I never experienced any technical flaw and interruption in their servers. The support is 5 stars, they're very good and quick. I don't think one need anything better than that.
