😠 terrrible server
Their so-called unlimited plan is limited to 50 .They never answer support tickets. They are very young and no knowledge
They have a single server 250 GB and yet they have an unlimited plan. They do not pay back your money, since 1year, i'm waiting my money but i'm sure i will not see this money a day !!!

It was been found that one of our clients had written his/her disregard with the services of Hostingfarms. There was a time when there are a glitch in the hosting services of the company, during that time we were not able to fulfill the need of our client. With frustration of the same, one of our clients had written something that should not have been written. 😠 Worst Hosting & Robbers
I had hosted ONE DOMAIN for an year, and found the service to be satisfactory, and later on I shifted to Reseller Hosting, where my worst experience with this company started.
After a Sweet Talk, they take all the money in advance, and after few days of hosting, suddenly all the websites VANISH, and there is no ONLINE support, and when you try to connect them on phone, after 5pm, in the evening the Watchman picks up the phone, telling us to call only between 10 am to 5 pm, and by luck if you get any technical person in above time, he says he will refer the issue to some other, and never responds by mail or phone. After desparate trying and numerous mails they say that one of our websites is sending SPAM Mails. When asked which website is sending, they never respond. Only when a Reseller knows which website is sending SPAM Mails then they can discontinue or suspend that website.

😠 The customer service SUCKS. I took the hosting services from its Gujarat Franchisee. The guys from Gujarat Franchisee are very good. But I think, they have got the franchisee of wrong company. I suggest them to get franchisee of some other company.

The guys from Franchisee did a great job to satisfy me. But the guys from Hostingfarms.com are very rude to company. I heard some nonsense Priyanka from hostingfarms which do not know how to talk to clients. I literally heard that lady misbehaving with the guys having franchisee...

I prefer people to use services of the franchisee people (Phoenix Technocrats & Consultants, Anand,Gujarat) but avoid Hostingfarms.com. They are robbers sitting somewhere in Punjab...

The services are Great & economical. No problems with Uptime.

Support - Its generally prompt, can be improved. BUT a way above many hosting providers.

No downtimes ever noticed by me.

😉 The control panel is easy to use. Handling of domains/sub-domains is very easy and allows for updating of the WhoIs info as long as the domain was purchased from or transferred to hostingfarms.com.

The default e-mail client is mailenable but hostingfarms is using an extremely outdated version. hostingfarms also provides Horde and Squirrel mail. None of these are what I would consider as really decent e-mail clients. They all allow for SMPT and IMAP.

There customer support I would characterize as average.

Price is certainly among the lowest.

😉 I chose hostingfarms initially because it was one of the first to go with PHP5. Since then, I have noticed that hostingfarms provides the most recent released updates on all of its software. Moreover, the number of features is dazzling. Combined with the price, it is incomparable. I have 4 domains on hostingfarms, which might indicate my faith in the company.

In the years I've been with Arvixe, I have had only two downtimes, and they were short, and never impacted any business, never lost data.

Customer service is very fast, with little or no wait time. On one complex issue (hijacked domain), I was given devoted time by the support lead in order to resolve the situation.

😁 I will rate hostingfarms.com THE MOST PROFESSIONAL HOSTING COMPANY.

If you are serious about your website .. I will not recommend you to think about any other indian hosting provider.

1. Best servers they do have... with quad core cpu and 8 GB RAM
2. I have two resellers with them and both are working excellent.. It seems to me that i own a dedicated server.
3. Superb support... you can call / chat/ Ticket and support is almost instant.
4. Price is competetive...

yes.. few people can complaint.. if they want to spam.. or abuse the server... Best for those who want to run a genuine web business.

I dont know much about the guys around.. I think there is some rival company doing so on this forum. They are all nice to me and resolved almost everything if i needed their help...I know they have fired few guys from their staff.

As much as i know there are only few hosting companies in india having staff and 24X7 support.. Hostingfarms.com is among them..

And with best server configuration having 8 GB RAM

This is the worst hosting company. I am using services here and in first month It realized to me that i should go from here but they are not honest to their money back guarantee. After a lot of disputes my site was up so i though that it will not happen again. But its enough now. It happened 3rd time in 3 months that my all mails and mail ids are deleted. when I asked to them then they replied me after 10 days that you can create your email ids again. Thats amazing. This shows the extreem carelessness. I lost my all important mails again. I will claim against this company. When i said this to the stupid owner, he used abusive languages and thats enough. I will never recommend this company to anyone. When the owner doesn't have any manners then you can think about other things.

They are not available at the address mentioned on their website. when I went to office which was in Noida then it came to know that they escaped from here and also havn't paid the phone bills and salary of the employees who was working here. If your website plays important role in the growth of your company, my suggestions is that you can not rely on Hostingfarms.
They provide loads of service at low cost like MS SQL Server, My Sql, MS Access PHP, ASP, ASP.NET 1.1, ASP.NET 2.0 etc, but these services are very slow. If your website is static then it is okay, but If you are using database like MS SQL Server then your website will take long time to load, because They have created more than 1000 MS SQL Server database on a single server with low configuration, thats why MS SQL Server is running slow and website will have to wait longer and longer.
Me and my friends are using Hostingfarms since 4 months, but now I am planning to change our hosting company.

😠 This is the worst service provider and my bad luck attracted me to this. Can you believe that after 10 days of making payment, my domain is not active and after such a long time a get the reply that we have no record of your payment. Doesn't this seems mindblowing. For activation of domain they always said me to create a ticket for technical team. Can any one tell me that what is technical in activation of a domain only. Anyhow I got the id of the owner neerajsam@gmail.com. When I mailed on this then after 4 days I got a hilarious response that they don't have any record of mine. I was overwhelmed. So I asked them for transfer of domain but they are not replying me. I have created ticket many times but they are not providing me EPP code for my domain. The honor of this company seems a duffer or fraud. If he can not manage this task then why he is trying to cheat the people like us. After taking services from here I am stuck up. My site is down and I am unable to move my services also. If someone have any solution then please help me to get rid of this stupid company.

I am completely agree with jordan.
I have purchased windows reseller package from hostingfarms.com one month ago. I really told you never host your site at hosting farms. I hosted 3 sites, but my websites are not working from five days. I tired to contact support team through call, mail and chat. I didn't get any reply.
Finally I sent a mail to Neeraj (boss) about the issue, but the Boss is also careless and I didn't get any reply.
My 3 websites are not working from 5 days and I am not getting business. You can understand my situation. Finally I have sent a request to registrar for domain transfer. I suggest you, Don't host your website with hosting Farms.

I tell you can't you purchase any hosting in hostingfarms because there support team is not strong . no any person giving reply . if any urgent issue then hostingfarms team dealy this issue in more days. i think there support team is non-technical.

😁 The way the small companies try to compete with each other this time is not looking good to me. Thank god I did not see the review on this page, I am with http://hostingfarms.com and getting a good support with their support team. They were not working well 6 months back but now I am getting everything in least cost. Earlier i was a 10 Gb shared package client of him but now when I needed to get reseller pack from them they have given me a big discount to me.

I am completely disagree with the statements on this page other than that of mine. It looks like a free lancer company is trying to do this.

😠 I was a client of hostingfarms few days back. I faced problems and i created large no of tickets. they always said that our technical team working on that. i was doomed with that company. I went to the office of Hostingfarms. Can u believe it there are only 4 persons working and nobody knows anything in technical. they lie very smartly that we have this much technical staff n this much sales staff and etc. Only four persons work there and they also talk by creating imaginary names of them.

There boss Mr. Neeraj never comes in the office and the the employees don't receive your call if you are facing any problem. The persons having zero knowledge and also no manners how to talk. They are totally unable to support there clients.
If you can visit hostingfarms office then u will see that what is the strength and also server goes down once in a week. Sometimes virus and sometimes other problem.

Never go to that hell.

😠 i took hosting from hostingfarms.com few months ago ... i checked their website. .. i liked the plans .. and when i placed order their .. their executives call on my mobile 5-6 times in a day to pay for order i placed. ... well that time i was in market. . and i finally paid for that. ......... after that i had some problems with my hosting ... first of all i was not able to configure my outlook according the settings they have provided in their control panel ... i submitted a ticket. . .and they never replied it ... they have 5 ids of gmail for live support and 4-5 ids of yahoo messenger ... but their 1 or 2 ids are online ... and if we ask them any query .. they dont know anything ... their server was down once for 5-6 hours a day.. i sent them email they never replied.. even their own website was also not working ....i was frustrated by them ... i asked them for refund...first they said that they will return it within 2-3 days. . . but it took around 1 month they returned back [read more...]

😠 Hostingfarms is one of the worst websites I have come accross.

They have an attractive looking website with good looking prices. I wanted to build a site with sitebuilder support which they promised. The response was immediate till I bought their domain. After that, there is no response to their customer service tickets. They are not bothered to answer. After a lot of phone calls and persuasion, they gave me access to a sitebuilder, which is useless. You can only write pages. You cannot upload any files, nor can you access any standard features built in the sitebuilder. They have blocked all of that. You cannot even upload a site using FTP. After repeated attempts, I could contact a customer service agent who does not know much. They cannot understand the client requirement.

What they can communicate is that if I wanted to do web hosting through them, they will be happy to co-operate.

😠 I reviewed HostingFarms and other hosting providers for couple of weeks, before signing up with HostingFarms last week. This would have been my 3rd hosting service provider. I chatted with the support on Yahoo before i signed up & clarified my doubts on which plan to go for to address my requirements. I signed up for the standard plan and transferred the money in their ICICI bank account.

Immediately after signing up, i received the invoice (to be paid) from Sam@hostingfarms.com, to which i replied with my payment confirmation & ID. After that the Yahoo Id went offline and is offline since then. There are 3 numbers mentioned on the website, one of them rings but no one pics up. On repeated tries, the person holding that phone turns it off and I ofcourse can't get through. The other 2 numbers are turned off at all times.

I have left messages on the Yahoo ID of hosting farms, added them on gmail, have repeatedly been calling the numbers on the website, wrote to the mail id - [read more...]
