😠 I accidentially called hostings.com instead of my provider because I misdialed a single digit in the phone number. The guy who answered the phone was rather rude and pretty much said I was an idiot because I didn't immediately notice that I was talking to the wrong hosting provider. He then hung up on me abruptly without so much as a goodbye. Yikes. Customer Service at its worst
