Among the services provided are the rental of own hardware, racks, virtual servers, provision of private and public cloud. Clients of the data center have the opportunity to rent an area with network infrastructure and use their own hardware.
Since 2013, we have been part of the Danubiatel group, which unites companies and brands such as SWAN, 4ka or CNC. Together with the last-named company, we provide data center services in two data centers on Páričková Street in Bratislava and in Devínská Nova Ves. We share premises together, while each company builds its own IT technologies and infrastructure.
We offer our clients services at a professional level at excellent prices using top technical equipment. Our philosophy is to give clients complete and accurate information about services and prices. That's why you won't find any hidden fees with us that may surprise you, and we are available 24 hours a day to solve problems. LightStorm's backbone network within the housing premises consists of Nx10 Gbps optical lines using Cisco devices of the 4500, 4900, 6500 and 7600 series. The connection to the Internet is ensured by two optical lines with a capacity of Nx10 Gbps, which enter the data center from two directions, they do not cross the entire route and are led to two geographically independent nodes. One branch is led to the premises of the Slovak Internet eXchange (SIX) on Náměstí slobody and the other to the premises of the SITEL data center in the Petržalka district. Full connection redundancy is realized by Nx10 Gbps connection between SIX and SITEL nodes, which ensures rounding of the entire data route.
Server housing programs are intended for clients who need to place their own server or other telecommunications technology. We set the individual programs according to the most frequent requests of our clients, while each program can be customized according to the specific requirements of the client. These programs apply to both tower and rackmount servers.
