We created the company in 1999, to offer the public the hosting activity that we had developed since 1998 to host our own websites. By investing in our own hosting structures in France in 1999, we decided to supplement our activities with a hosting offer for shared websites: very impressed by the professionalism and transparency of our American host, we decided to to inspire them in France, where these two qualities were then very rare. Far from the unbridled marketing policy of start-ups that have disappeared today, we have made the choice of quality of service, "word of mouth" and full self-financing: our company is and has always been profitable, you cannot therefore do not risk being suddenly deprived of accommodation due to bankruptcy.

Given the success of this hosting activity, we have devoted ourselves entirely to it since 2000, keeping the initial state of mind: hosting our clients' sites as we host ours, and with the aim of offering you the best performance and the best support on the market. Formerly EuropeanServers, the company changed its name to Lixium in 2007.

We only offer tailor-made services after studying your needs, ranging from a simple high availability dedicated server to a managed cluster with dedicated network infrastructure.

We have our own fully redundant network for maximum responsiveness, optimum performance at all times. We therefore also offer the allocation of domain names, SSL certificates and IP addresses, for a single point of contact whatever your need.
