😁 I've been using mddhosting for years and have been very happy. I switched from arvixe after EIG took over and ruined it. I wanted a hosting company not owned by EIG, which is harder to find than you might think.

😁 I've been hosting with MDD since 2018. They have been wonderful! They have exceptional support that responds in minutes to a support request. They have always gone above and beyond to help me out with any questions or issues. I'm so glad I found them! MDD has that rare combination of great price and outstanding support!

😁 Unbelievable support, ticket response typically < 5 minutes. Way beyond what is expected or required. I just don't get the disparaging reviews, they absolutely do not describe the character of the people that I have dealt with.

I am not inclined to give reviews, but only if there is something about a company that is outstanding. MDD certainly falls in that category.
The most striking characteristic about MDD is their support. I have never opened a ticket without getting a response within 10 minutes, and oftentimes within 2 or 3. They all personal responses, no boilerplates. They have been very solicitous, and IMO going beyond what would normally be expected from web hosting, educating and supporting in areas that really aren't their responsibility. I get from them they just want to help me to get things to work. And any time I have wanted to have a program installed that couldn't be done locally, they have done so. 😠 A Scammer 1 man show I had nothing but bad experience with MDdhosting Stay Far Away and from this company otherwise they will run away with your money.
🗨 I can find no record that this person was ever a client of ours. The email address provided to WHTop does not match any client records and they provided no hosted domains.
I'm not entirely sure who this is but they do not appear to have been a client of ours.

😃 I needed a site to express my review of this place/service. I bought the 3 year plan almost 3 years ago now and I went in to update my payment information and realized how much their service was always good. I never received an e-mail from them in those 3 years unless it was an emergency and to do with my website's functionality. No promotional e-mails. No spam. Every time I've submitted a ticket, it was responded to within 48 hours at the most, and they went above and beyond typical customer service for providing sales comparisons; then credited me the difference so I got a 3 year service with better functionality and a credit to my account for the difference. 😠 This company had an outage for 5 days, a screwup on their part erasing all the servers, and then not being able to restore accounts. I already pre-paid and I kindly asked for a refund of my remaining months. They refused and offered me credits. I ended up loosing 2 customers because their sites and emails were down for 5 days. The least they could have done was to help me out and refund the remaining months. I don't recommend this service at all to anyone!

We were able to restore 100% of services from our own backups although the process did take approximately 96 hours from start to finish. This was not 96 hours of everyone being offline - half way through 50% were back online. When 75% restored 75% of customers were back online, etc.
We also restored any clients that had their own backups immediately upon receipt of those backups.
We were very open and transparent about what happened, how it happened, what we were doing to fix it, and what steps we took to prevent it from happening again. As a result of our first major outage in over a decade of being in business we made major changes to our disaster recovery systems and procedures and we test them on a regular basis.

😁 These people who reviewed MDDHosting previously are probably another host trying to distract customers away from this great host.
All of my support tickets have been answered within 15 minutes, even at 4 am on Sunday morning. The responses are not "cookie cutter" responses, they are hand written.
Uptime is near perfect. There was an issue with the server once, but it only lasted for 5 minutes and they kept us updated.
Support goes above and beyond. One of my PHP scripts was coming up with an error, so the support went through my scripts, found the error, and fixed it. I didn't even ask if they could help, they just offered, and it didn't cost me a thing. Now THAT's support!
My cPanel account, when I bought it, was given to me within 10 minutes of my payment.
They use litespeed and they don't overcrowd their servers. Also, they have a 100 mb/s with the possibility of switching to 1 gb/s if needed. It's the fasted shared hosting I have ever used!

😠 Yes MDDHOSTING/Michael Denney is a major scammer. He did not provide services I requested but did accept payment immediately. Promised 48 hrs integration have not heard anything for a week, no replies to my support tickets either. MAJOR SCAM. I am in the process of getting my money back legally. Unfortunately these people exist.

🗨 A refund was granted upon request, admittedly I did get backed up on integrations and the other designer that was working on them as well quit as his own business was picking up. I could see calling us a scam if we kept their money and never provided the service but we happily refunded them as I honestly didn't have the chance to get to Vincent's order in a timely fashion.

🗨 The only thing I can imagine is that this person meant "MDHosting" and not "MDDHosting" - that happens somewhat often. Not only have we never refused a refund within 30 days (as per our terms of service) but I'm not able to find any record of this individual in our billing system.
