Our web hotel servers have a central server location in Denmark with a connection to the Danish Internet hub "DIX". The DIX is where all major providers exchange traffic - with some of the country's best network connections to all Danish Internet users. So no matter which provider your Danish customers have, there is always a short way to your website at Pi-Web.

Our servers are installed in rooms that are temperature cooled, fire and moisture-proof, have fire and theft alarm as well as video surveillance.
All servers are also connected to the UPS (large battery) and diesel generator so that operation is not disturbed by power outages.

All Web hotels have the free option to use sub domains .
- The sub domains are the directories that you have in your root directory. For example
- http://pi.dk/support is a directory and thus http://support.pi.dk also works .
- When using sub domains, however, one must be aware that there are certain limitations .
