😉 Poor Customer Service
The Skyline product is fine, but when you need support you CANT GET IT!!! THE PEOPLE THAT ANSWER THE PHONE HAVE NO CLUE ABOUT WHO SKYLINE IS OR WHAT THEY DO

I WILL BEGIN ASKING OUR HQ TO LOOK FOR NEW HOSTING GROUP THAT CARES ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have currently been 2 hours without service and needless to say my results today will be terrible.
