😠 Worse choice for ever
Shit is the best description of this rubbish hosting. Unpolite unfriendly too many downtimes. Your database may get disappeared without any reason. I just told them my website looks how it did look one month ago, and all of the changes in the last month disappeared. I asked them to fix it, and they replied at 4 AM get back up of your website because we are going to delete your acc, and they did it at 4:30. I woke up at 9 o clock and saw they deleted all of my data which took too long to make. They pissed me off. they didn't even wait for me to get a backup of my website. Shame on you! Your behaviour is cheap as your service.

😁 SLU hosting has really been great for me, my sites are fast and not seeing any down time. I get very quick responses to all support ticket and if any issues including 3rd party software they fix it, not many host fix third party apps but they do if they can.

😁 Thank you, thank you slu hosting. I have been in lock down in my country well you know why, because of this virus. I was unable to pay my renewal and asked sluhosting for a month grace to pay the invoice, do you know they gave me a month free. Which hosting company does this, thank you slu hosting, I appreciate all you do to help people.

Nothing but good things to say about this hosting, quick replies and great server, very impressive. Have a number of domains with them and have no down time, any problems are quickly fixed, would be good for an online chat but the ticket system is quick.

Hopefully this will be posted for everyone to see. I have only been with sluhosting for 2 days, but everything is a mess. 1) My wp login page won't open; 2) I cannot contact them in any way - all of their contact links return with an error message 3) My cpanel password doesn't work. 4) I can't reset my password, because they say that my email and the address they have on file for me don't match.5) I can't raise a ticket because they don't recognize my user name and password. Time for a refund through Paypal ?

The last two months of downtime at SLUHOSTING have been horrible. It's effected many people, geewiz, even innocent people like me who was deleted last week because I simply asked for a refund. 😠 SLU hosting is possibly the worst hosting provider that anyone could find. If i could give 0 stars i would.
As previous reviews have stated they will take down your site or delete your account. This has happened to me twice now, the uptime is days nothing quicker. They have removed everything, how am i meant run a company without the website.

🗨 We do not allow accounts that constantly want to add Malware to their accounts so they can compromise the server, we only allow clean web site, sorry if this affects you but you can use another host.

😠 This is absolutely the worst hosting experience I've ever had. These people have no clue what they're doing. They wouldn't enable jailed SSH access, after telling me they do for certain circumstances, because giving me root access to the server is a security risk. I very calmly pointed out that a jailed shell is not the same as root access to the server and that they didn't seem to know what they were talking about.
After two days my site went down for just over 24 hours. I sent in a support ticket just letting them know their servers seem to be down. They replied 48 hours later that my site seems to be up and they experienced no issue. So I got a rate our service email and decided to rate the service poorly and said their staff didn't seem too knowledgeable. A few hours later my account is suspended for no reason, with no explanation at all.
I doubt very highly I'll see a refund. Choose them at your own risk.

😠 Worst host ever. It's like ground hog day at Sluhosting. You spend all day filling your online shop with products then go back a week later and the site is either gone or reverted to a week or more before wiping all your work away. It was so bad I was having to do backups every 12 hours ... just in case. No one, including search engines will come back when no sites are found. Twice in 2 month my sites were being redirected to porn sites. Owner Michael has no idea what he's doing and should give it up and refund everyone's money. While I still have paid time on Slu I made a more in-depth review page. (click my link)
🗨 You were overloading the server with nulled scripts, we have to make sure everyone has the best experience, this is not about only you but our hosting clients, I hope you can understand this and not want it to be only me.

😠 Downtown is absolutely horrible, even for a budget host. Yeah you don't expect the best service from a $1 a month web host, but you also don't expect downtime to be a day here, two days there. The last downtime was over 4 days long. Unacceptable even for an armature resell hosting site. I don't normally write reviews but people need to be warned about SLU Hosting.
🗨 Your account was suspended because of the files you added to our servers, this caused a serious load, if you want to add scripts that max the server then you need another host, I am sure you could not do this with another, we run a clean environment here,.

😠 Worst service which I used in entire my career. They removed my website data, my blog data and also my personal email data without asking me.
🗨 You added and continued to add Malware files, you were warned a number of times, we allowed your account so you can remove these files but continued this destructive path, sorry we can only host sites that do not want persons to get hacked.

😁 This host is awesome and has fast servers and friendly staff. I would recommend this host to anyone with a slow website who want there site to go faster, I used there $1 a month shared hosting plan. Overall the best on the net!!!
