😠 Worst customer service.
I contacted UnicHost for Email Marketing Service. I told them that we need to send 5,000 emails/day for marketing. We were having trouble with our past provider because we could only send 500/hour and 5,000 unique email IDs per month.
After paying all necessary fees on June 28, I asked how I could start sending emails. They said that they weren’t set up for that but could set one up. I was invoiced on July 2nd for Bulk mail application Installation and Setup with a one-time payment of Rs.1377.79. Payment was made immediately.
On July 7, our server was finally ready and UnicHost was continuing to set up the mail application. After following up, UnicHost replied on July 9 with instructions to update DNS. Information was sent immediately and did not get a response till July 11. They finally sent information for our application but there were several problems, I sent an email on July 12 for assistance and did not hear back until July 16.
