😁 VernalWeb is the absolute best. I’ve used them for the last 4 years for all my domain registration and site hosting and absolutely every time I don’t know how to fix or do or move something, they have an actual human being email me or even call me on the phone to walk me through it step by step. Best customer service I’ve ever worked with. Hosting through them is practically an insurance policy if something ever goes wrong. They’ve got your back. 10 on 10.

😁 After 13 years with Godaddy hosting, putting up with their horrendous customer service and appalling upsell tactics as a solution to all their technical issues, I'm so glad I've found VernalWeb. Its still relatively early days with VernalWeb, though its been clear they are focused on providing a service and support which will retain customers for the long term, which is the complete opposite of Godaddy. I have also tried moving hosts in previous years and ran into red flags early on, VernalWeb has been exceptional in comparison and hopefully I will be with them for years to come.

Not only is the WP Geek plan excellent value for money but the customer service I received was second to none.
They migrated my WordPress.com blog to self-hosted quickly, transferred my domain just as efficiently. While also answering my newbie questions with patience and understanding. Highly recommended.
