😁 Ich habe über die Jahre bei Vivanet nur gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Wenn es zu Problemen kam, wurde mir immer kompetent und umgehend geholfen. Die Ticket-Antwortzeiten sind sehr kurz in der Regel erhalten ich innerhalb der gleichen Stunde eine Antwort mit einer Lösung oder zumindest weitere Informationen, dass man an dem Problem arbeitet. Ich kann Vivanet nur empfehlen. Das Hosting habe ich nun schon über 10 Jahre bei der Firma. Ich betreibe auch andere Seiten auf deren Servern und beziehe weitere Dienstleistungen wie Cloud-Speicher. Bei Problemen einfach anfragen es steht meist eine Lösung zur Verfügung. Zumindest habe ich das für uns so festgestellt.
