😃 This service has its pros and cons.
On the plus side, they offer the cheapest US-based Windows VPS's I could find anywhere (aside from one other place that got terrible reviews). The server is fast. I haven't had any issues yet with performance, so I don't think they over-commit resources. Support is fairly responsive (despite it being based out of Singapore). They aren't the most helpful (I got a lot of pat answers), but they never left me in a lurch. Seems like a good VPS for a great price.
On the other hand, these servers were definitely used for SPAM in the past, and emails I send from the server I got go straight to Junk Mail on some email services, and are blocked completely by Hotmail/Outlook (as in, the emails bounce back undeliverable because the IP is blacklisted). The server's Gateway is on multiple blacklists. As a result, I would have a hard time using this for a legit web service, since any emails sent from it might not make it to their destination. 😠 Terrible experience
I have been a customer for over 6 months.
I had payment issues for 2 days, and by the time it was resolved my service was terminated and all data was gone, according to the support there was no backup or nothing they could do.
Terrible service, avoid them.

The company mainly specializes in virtual private servers, but customers can also find dedicated servers here. All servers (VPS/Dedicated servers) are self-managed.
VPS servers essentially operate on Windows operating system, but customers can also choose plans running on Linux OS. These are configured on Dual E5 CPU processors based on SSD drives on RAID10 Array.
Windows VPS servers are powered by Hyper-V Technology and network performance reaches up to 1 Gbps port speed. Setup is made instantly and the company promises all Windows licenses, including the Windows Server 2019.
Powered by Proxmox, Linux VPS servers are configured on KVM virtualization, providing full root access and network performance reaching up to 10 Gpbs. Free 1-click app installs are available on Linux distributions (CentOS, Debian, Fedora, Ubuntu).
Dedicated servers are configured on Intel/AMD processors and include basic DDoS protection against malware threats. 😃 Using their US SSD Windows VPS from last three months. Uptime is perfect and the price is cheap for such specs. Never needed support so can not really tell about support team.

😠 It looks great to start with! Don't fall in to the trap of low prices. Tech support replies are once a day or every second day. Network goes down often. There is no data back up and you'll lose your data and they do nothing!!!! Worst service ever!!! Stay away!!!
