As I've been using S&C for about a year, I can state that even with a basic VPS-V2, the performance is flawless. I haven't seen any downtime or even performance loss. They truly offer the greatest deals, services, and products at no additional cost. This would have seemed too wonderful to be true until I started utilizing Server & Cloud. But, give them a shot! I can't speak highly enough about them.
