😠 Just the absolute worst, our site was shut done because another site on the same server allegedly had a single copyright violation on a review page. Nothing to do with us. Contacting support was useless. Takes hours if not days to get any response at all. After 7 days of being down, we have decided to move to another service. FYI, never use a service if there is no number to call. Whois uses a third-party help called support nation. Also worthless. if you think you are saving money, you will get what you paid for, even less, much less with whois.

😠 AVOID!!! I have 20 domains hosted. Getting them uploaded was very difficult. OK at first. Site loading times have now become WOEFUL. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. Even bare Wordpress domains or bare HTML templates are taking up to 2 or 3 minutes to load. Some domains after taking 2 minutes to load then take up to 2 minutes to fetch a plain text page. Domains are also having outages. They are giving me nonsensical excuses. My domians have no Java or Images. Now I have to get out. Don't waste your time getting in and then needing to leave.

😠 I bought their 2 year special package. The C-panel was difficult to understand. Their tutorial instructions were impossible to understand and when you go to click on a button to make your website live, the button wouldn't work. After fighting with it for almost a month to get our site launched I asked for a refund and to cancel. They cancelled the account but said they do not give refunds after 30 days. Nothing worked on the dashboard.
