Customers can contact us via email/Live Chat or from Client area or via a phone call which is clearly denoted on the home page.Terms and Conditions and Privacy policies are at the footer of every page and listed when a user register as a new user.
Server Status is disabled externally but you can view it internally. Please don't put fake reviews for the sake of competition which will save both yours and my time.
