😠 3SHost is the WORST Host on the market.
I have been a customer of 3SHost for several years.
Unfortunately, they recently changed the nameservers for my website, without telling me, which made my website unreachable via the internet.
In doing so, they also deleted all the files for my website. When I did finally get the nameservers corrected, my entire website was missing, they had lost or deleted all of the files.
I have contacted 3Shost numerous times over this issue. They have been unsupportive and rude, and have tried to accuse me of not uploading my website files. My website was running on their servers for several years before this incident. They also made my email address through the website I had hosted on their servers non functional.
Their technical support staff have been rude, accusatory, irresponsible and unhelpful. I would rate them a ZERO, if it were possible.
This level of service is completely unacceptable. Now I have to rebuild my entire website. I will not be uploading it to 3SHost, I [read more...]

I wanted to go to a different hosting site, as 3sHost has terrible customer service, they don't ever have qualified people on the chat available, and the emails I sent did not get responded to for days (5) and the response was not even addressing my issue. HORRIBLE COMPANY, run away!

Now I have learned they are also very very rude and completely unreasonable. They even insulted me directly several times for no reason.
There prices are average and there control panels are cumbersome. There customer support is offensive.

They deny problems with the site. The thing that should have clued me is that they have no direct phone to call. GoDaddy was a breath of fresh air compared to these people. Amazing they are still in business.

😞 I hosted with 3sHost for a couple years. They get on spam lists, their security certs expire and you have to remind them to update them. They terminated my service for a bad review I gave them for their obnoxious tech support.
I got short, rude, simplistic answers, from support, they would not take responsibility for problems (problems would just disappear, or deny they happened)
They also seem to write their own reviews, often with broken english.
Uptime is a relative factor. Was my web site up? Yes. Could I fully use my services, no, and I had to manage simple issues for them (security cert expiring, spam list..). price was good, but I've got someone now who is half the cost and work better.
