😠 ARHoster has hosted four website for me over the last decade or so and in the early days they performed very well. However, over this last year (2017/18) they have failed miserably to rectify problems with denied access to email accounts. When trying to access emails through webmail, I constantly get blocked due to an invalid security certificate. Although this is usually reversed following a support ticket submission, the access is frequently denied again in as little as five hours. The responses do not largely explain what the problem is or how it is being tackled, but the upshot is that so often these days, I am denied access to my emails - many times at critical moments when I need to do something in a hurry. They have seriously disappointed me in their lack of apparent expertise to fix a chronic problem.
🗨 We have changed everything from our side the SSL certificate and the configuration settings. Unfortunately the issue lies within the cPanel software which we use and which is a third party software.
They have stated the issue will be resolved in their next release.
The SSL certificate warning message will not stop you from accessing your emails or access to the cPanel control panel it self.
Majority of the web browsers allows to continue to the login page by clicking on the accept/continue warning button.
We can alternatively move you to a different web server, if you like?
