Let me tell you this. We have been a "Royal" customer since 2005. This is the one of worst customer services I have ever had in my life. I can guarantee 100% without doubt. So, here is the story. We had planned to move another location for our office, and we talked with customer sale rep. a couple of times it's ok to move without no extra charges. No his saying that since Atlantech is contracted with another service vendor which is "Level 3" company, Atlantech have to charge per line with $100 to transfer the T1 lines (7 bonded lines)! What a surprise!! :( Even worse, he says that it is not one time fee, but it's a monthly charge with extra $700.00 that currently we paying around $1700.00 for the service. This is a kind of penalty [read more...]
