😠 Bizhostnet.com is a fraud. I did pay my annual hosting fee via paypal on their website but they do not charge my hosting plan and stopped all my hosting plans and domains. They do not respond to any email and supporting ticket.

😠 bizhostnet - they are NOT professionals
I'm with bizhostnet more than 5 years at the beginning they were good and I had no problems. Now they don't update my subscriptions, even though I send the money. They don't answer my requests and my websites are mostly offline.

Now I requested to transfer my websites and they blocked my account(!!!) I don't know if there is a domain authority to speak with but I very angry with there behaviour.

Stay away from BizHostNet.com. They are absolute garbage.
Our website and emails were down for over 5 days. Our company relies on both for communication with our international customers. Could not get Bizhostnet to answer the phone, return calls or emails. Didn't respond to our trouble tickets that we posted when their site itself wasn't down. Then, after transferring all our assets to a more professional hosting company, we post a trouble ticket saying we want to cancel our service and they responded right away.

Use this hosting company only if you want uncertainty of uptime and no communications.

😠 bizhostnet customer service is horrible
They refused to transfer my domain to another provider by ignoring my requests. They did it for over a month and only complied when I told them I was going to refer my case to ICANN.

Because I am in the transfer process, I am withholding any information that will identify me with them. This how afraid I am.

😠 They deleted my Admin folder, making the site unusable and impossible to manage from the web. They claimed their server log showed I did it. They wanted $45.00 to restore the site from their backup server. I initially refused to cough up the money as the site corruption. They have yet to restore the and their have been several "tickets" exchanged back and forth which an average person or court could argue as harassment. Their latest "ticket" wants to know from what date did I want the site restored. This question could have been and should have been asked several "tickets" ago. I have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission because of the $45.00 dollar charge for their error. As of Jan 29, 3013 my site has not yet been desired. They have no customer service number. The only two "communication" with them other than "tickets" is thru e-mail. the UI is easy to use, and the DB is easy to manage.

😠 I went to bizhostnet because they were relatively cheap and run the latest ASP.NET and MS SQL Server.
But there is no such things as a free lunch... They run MS SQL Express edition, my website was unreachable from certain countries (heard that also from other clients), from other places it was always terribly slow. I myself couldn't reach the website, and had to ftp my stuff to another server, and from there to bizhostnet...
The customer service responds , but their response is not really helpful.
I am happy I paid with PayPal, so I could block them from taking any more money from my account.
When one of my two domains expired (and I didn't want to continue the domain, and so didn't pay for an extension), they also stopped my other domain, which was still in contract for another year!!! After this I quickly moved my remaining domain to LunarPages, in spite of the fact that I had still one year left in my contract.
