Exai seem to have disappeared. What is happenin? Have they gone bust ? My websites have disappeared and are showing a message " WARNING - Potentail security Risk ". I have tried to telephone them 20 times in the last week. Nobody ever answers. All I get is "User's mailbox cannot accept more messages" This is terrible..

😠 The longer my site was hosted with Exai, the worse the customer service became. I paid for them to migrate my site and was promised "24/7" support. After multiple requests for help each day for 8 consecutive days, I finally heard back from them and asked about the 24/7 support I had paid for and was told they couldn't provide that! The final straw was when my site went down and no one would tell me why or respond to my requests for help. They still won't tell me why they took down my site. My account is paid for more than another year and yet they won't respond to my requests for me to get my own files to use on my newly built site. I was on page one of Google, AOL, Yahoo and pretty much every other search engine when they first migrated my site, promising to improve my ratings. Instead, they changed every alt-tag to say "EXAI." 😠 These guys will not return my customer service emails...They up-charged me upon the original agreed rate, then I'm also being charged foreign transaction fees (which I wasn't aware of).
They appeared to be an American company but I later found out they're based in Tel Aviv.
This is NOT a good service. Please release my domain and contact me back - it's been over 2 months.

EXAI got in touch and told me of the problems, at first I just thought it was sales patter people just looking for business. I looked into this and realised EXAI were actually telling the truth about the problems so I decided to move my website to them . 😁 I was looking for a Website Builder site and came across Exai.com. I recently built a website for my business from scratch using an "ancient" website builder CD. Yes a CD, IPhones were not even on the market when I purchased this product. Exai.com was able to take my website, convert it to today's standards, host my site, transfer my domain, and make it mobile friendly. The price was perfect. The service has been impeccable. What started out to be a 8-9 page website is now up to 29 pages. (with 21 "Buy Now" Buttons). Best of all I was able to do a majority of this. I'm 65 yrs old..so miracles do happen. I really like the "Chat" option that is always available no matter the time of day. And I have had many chats, haha. It took me some time to get adjusted to the website builder mainly because I was not up to date regarding the new language now being used, i.e, blocks, structure, etc. With Exai.com I can get on my phone and update my site anytime I want. I have to make daily updates
