😠 Worst experience ever, this must be one of the most unprofessional hosting companies in the market. During 2 different occasions in 2 years they have completely broken our site and hosted applications without taking any responsibility. The support is sometimes ok, sometimes fully incompetent, introducing more problems than actual fixes.
How they are still in business is baffling.

😞 Not the best when it comes to support anymore, unlike when I first signed up.
A simple cPanel upgrade of php which should have taken half an hour took over 12 hours due to their incompetence and even then the version required was not installed.
There are other ongoing issues which FH support have not satisfactorily answered.
Like most things related to globalization, support is likely farmed out to cheaper less experienced contractors.

Future Hosting is a hosting company operating on high quality hardware. Future Hosting has been in business for 12 years now and they have established a good reputation worldwide.
They specialize in the following set of products:

- VPS Hosting;

As they are oriented towards providing high end solutions, there is no option of shared hosting available.
VPS plans can be managed or unmanaged. Fully managed packages have control panel included. All virtual private servers run on SSD drives.
When choosing a dedicated server, customers have the freedom to choose the control panel with which they are more familiar. Servers are configured in RAID 10.
💰 Price & Cost
Future Hosting offers reasonable prices but compared to similar configurations in hosting, VPS plans are rather expensive here. Dedicated servers have a standard price for the hosting market. Customers are not required to sign long term contracts with them and several methods of payment are accepted.

😠 futurehosting.com is a hassle
These guys have busted my balls for 4 days straight. There signup for is flawed, and the've admitted it. They allow you select plesk at not charge until you have paid and then they try to up charge you, i've had to fax them a copy of my drivers license, argue with them for days trying to get a secondard IP address to setup my nameservers. They only give you 1, and refuse to give you others.
I've had dedicated servers at LunarPages, Hostgator, ThePlanet, Dedicated Now, and others and none have given me any of these issued.

🗨 I certainly apologize for the frustration you experienced and see you were able to resolve the issues with sales. The order forms have since then clarified that you need to select which Plesk license you want and offer Interworx (a licensed panel) free of charge.
The issue with IP addresses isn't unique to FutureHosting. The Internet (IANA) has depleted it's IPV4 pool. Pursuant to ARIN and RIPE regulations, we are not authorized to issue IP addresses unless there is a technical need for them. Any provider that blindly issues IP addresses without an actual need is in violation of ARIN regulations. FutureHosting stands by it's commitment to the Internet community in an effort to keep IPV4 space available for everybody that has a technical need for the IP space throughout the transition to IPV6.
