😠 Stay Away from GameSpeak.com
I have been with them for three months. Why, because I am dumb and this fake customer support usually replies quickly.
Gamespeak provides Ventrilo and Teamspeak servers at a relatively cheap price. In the three months with them I have had multiple IP changes to "Fix" ping issues, lag issues and unstable connection issues, which unfortunately did not fix the problem.
The last IP/Server change resulted in myself and another of their clients given the same IP and server complete with Admin token
So after 15 days of this during third month, I asked for a refund and was promptly denied and given ten days credit with this company.
If you can't use their service, what good does credit towards your service plan do you?
Bottom line find a more reliable Hoster for your TS3 server because odds are they will not give you a refund if your past the grace period.
