😠 Very Bad Going to close
Very bad support after payment. Gossimer.com never gives you the domain control user id and password. One time you purchase a domain with gossimer then never transfer or move with other service provider. You can't work with its hosting both linux and windows because the lots of server restrictions. I spends more then $125 on domain and hosting and also $18 not release on my referral / affiliate earnings. Beware from Gossimer.com.

😠 it's suck
Really bad Hosting Provider. Bad Costumer Service, offline more than 24 hours. Gossimer quick respond just when I want to purchase new service like order domain, hosting or Digital Certificates. When I need help to solve technical problem, they never answer my question.

Gossimer.com was established in 2001 by our parent company Godado, LLC a limited liability company registered in New Jersey. At Gossimer our main goal is our customers, customer satisfaction is paramount. The majority of our customer base stays hosting with us for long term. Our customers like the customer service and technical support they receive when needed. They also enjoy very stable servers, we never over sell our servers and we do not exaggerate the package offerings. We have developed this business strategy because we have had so many customers move to Gossimer from the larger players in the web-hosting arena because they were not satisfied with their previous provider.

New customers also enjoy the ease of moving their site to our servers. Many clients have told us that some other companies offer packages like 500 GB of storage; however, they are having problems uploading simple small files. Well, they are having trouble because the servers are being oversold and there is far too much demand being placed on the server and the server cannot react to all the requests received. This is where we are different; we do not do this to our clients.

😁 Gossimer has been a great host for me, the best thing I like is their customer support, they always go out of their way to help me and go far beyond the normal hosts. Their support is there for me any time I need them whether it is for something small or something with my site I messed-up they help me fix it. Their prices are very competitive and lower than most of the competition, but I would still host with them if they cost twice as much as they are worth it. It is like they are the corner store, I feel like I know the support agents. As far as uptime, it is great, over the past year my site was only down one time for about 10 minutes, I consider that really good for one year, how many other hosts would have that kind of uptime. I do not usually write reviews; normally I just read other peoples review of companies. However, I feel I need to do my part to help them after them always being there to help me.
