😠 Not PCI compliant!!!! They cancelled our account when we asked about it! Handy Networks requires we give them root/superuser passwords so they can login to our servers in case they have to do maintenance on them. We're surprised because that's not 100% PCI compliance. They cancelled our account when we asked about it.

😁 I have been with HandyNetworks since 2002. They are extremely professional and frankly speaking one of the best Data Centers I have ever been with.

😠 They set swappiness in Linux servers to ZERO then keep the OOM Killer enabled to force the Linux kernel to panic, rebooting the OS whenever it runs out of RAM. When customers complain that their server mysteriously reboots itself they demand customers upgrade their accounts and buy more RAM from them!!!! You force people to pay you for something you caused, you did to intentionally crash their server.

😠 Ripoff Alert! They intentionally crash servers! They erase the entire mail queue of a customer's server when they find one email that could be spam. They erase thousands of files in hosted websites without keeping evidence just by saying they found "eval" in those files. They delete/erase whatever they want without evidence as long as they say it looks malicious.
