Their servers are great, the site speed is excellent as per my requirements. Support staff is good and friendly also knowledgeable. You must visit Hostlatte if you want to host your website on internet and remain tension free.

Best Host I have ever experienced, not a single issue since last 1 year and some months. Prices are best, services are really cheap and services and servers are best, performance wise, I will give them 10 out of 10.

😠 Poor reliability and Customer service lacking
I've been with them for over 3 years as my personal email host primarily, and I have had nothing but problems in the last year or 2. They change servers on you, and don't tell you the new settings, until you submit a ticket, then they tell you "Oh yah, we had a server crash and moved you to new server settings". Or they sometimes don't respond to tickets for days, and even if you submit another one, they sometimes just don't respond at all. Sometimes they fix the problems, and then you have the same problem in a week or so, very unreliable. I was never able to use the online live chat, nobody responds in like 1/2 hour, so I closed the window and submitted a support ticket instead, yay, hooray for the waiting game with "customer service" once again.
Don't be fooled by their promises of 99.9% uptime promises, doesn't happen. Also don't get sucked in by their amazing prices, you will be sorry. Go somewhere that will support you and have failover servers so you don't even know when [read more...]

😁 might be a relatively new company but their customer support is really good! they have online chat, email and ticket system for customers to use for support. wait time can vary from 10 minutes to maybe 1 hour. very happy with their service. they helped me out a lot when transferring to their services :)

I`m with Hostlatte from not long but i can easily say now that they are doing much more then any other Hosting companies. Support is great u Raise a ticket and u get reply in 1 hour or less, they will do anything to help you and they never complain. Love their speed and i will definitely stay with them for a long time

My website is online for the past couple of years now. In these years, it was hosted on 2 hostings. They both had bad services. There were many occasions, on which my site was down. Ever since I moved to http://www.hostlatte.com/, I am relieved of all my tensions and worries. Now my website is up all the time.
The signup process was easy, and my web was automatically brought on their server. Their customer support and services are also very prompt.
I had difficulty in navigating through their menus, but later on I got a grip of them. Now its very easy for me manage my website.
