😠 I have been waiting for a refund for over 5 months and status of my requests ticket remained in progress status, they even don’t bother to reply to the tickets and emails, then the one person who own this scum virtualization portal, closed all those tickets and complains and that’s it, refused even reply to my emails and issue any refund, a trash scum service if can be defined.
