😠 I order max cdn service for a website. Before I have joined them my grades on gtmetrix were already a B grade(s) 87%. After I got them my grades were B and A grades. After 10 days things changed - everything went back down to what I started at....Note...I am running on a VPS level 5 ( hostgator ).
So I hit them up about it - they had no answer and told me all was fine of course and blamed it on hostgator. So like any other geek - I called hostgator on the carpet about it. Hostgator went the ALL and nothing was wrong. Maxcdn were cancelled on the spot - I'm still running at 2 B grades. Why waste money. by the way only 20 pics on my site 700 x 500.
The bottom line is - are they lazy or just a company that got in bed with a PR Company and created hipe? Because it seems to me its both - the one person who is the real tech is not around and the people who work daily have average knowledge.
So I say - look someone where else
