😠 poor response, pure blackmailing
I have purchased new domain from net4.com. After few years i could not renew my domain. I tried to renew that domain but they demanding around 15-20 k in 2017. Now i again want to purchase that domain but surprised that net4.com has blocked my domain with their company only and i have only one option to renew from them. I tried to contact net4.com to contact by telephonic and through mail but no response from them. OVERALL WORST EXPERIENCE AND PURE BLACKMAILING

😠 Most pathetic team.. assholes is the most polite word i can use for them... cheaters !! they sell their contact details even if you have opted for privacy... ticketing system is so pathetic that you register a complain or query - they will reply back the same copy-pasted responses without even reading your input and then will close the ticket - in other words you send a query and they will paste something and then no way to deal with them.. they are too pathetic over the calls - they will keep repeating what they want to say rather than listening to your query !! Worst company.. so dont waste your mony on them even if cheapest rate

They have no knowledge, their phone is answers by uneducated staff, they don't care about customers, i think this company top management is also fraud, so is the all staff, I hear people are leaving their jobs everyday in Net4India.

😠 WE have been cheated by Net4India.com
The executive Deepak Kumar, Anuj anuj.k@net4.com, Hoshiar Singah and Amit (The Manager) had given us wrong information to sold their hosting package. After making the payment we found that it was a lie and we didnt like the service at all because of the FTP Not working, Control Panel giving problem, so we decided to close our account within 12 hours and now we have requested for refund. But when we requested for refund the Marketing Eexecutives working in Customer Care stopped reply emails and picking calls about refund. They also started saying that they have left the job. But they are still working in the same company and may be foolding some other client for selling their products and reaching their targets.
We found them very unprofessional and will not recommend their service anymore to anyone.

No technical support on chat/phone. The only way to post issues is via a form on the site. There is not interactive support.
Answers to queries are pathetic. Support staff don't seem to empathize with customer's problems.

The net4 in manages everything manually, No automated process to create domain, hosting or database.
I have requested for a hosting with mysql database. the hosting comes after 2 hours of request and mysql database still not up after 48 hrs of request. For the standard service, what they supposed to offer if they take such a long time, I am wondering what the nightmare I need to follow-up later...
The customer service is the worst part... There is no support engineers after 9.00pm.. you call for issues, they would say the issue will be resolved by tomorrow. In the day time, for the same issue the standard reply would be 2-3 hrs it will resolved.. and the tone of the customer care.. It would feel like you are on mortgage with them..

😠 The worse internet company in the world!
I needed to setup a website with a good hosting plan for a website active in the UAE.
I tried registering ith net4.in but even though I had paid for the domain, my control panel showed pending. I tried contacting the customer service qith more than 7 tickets but the support team just closed my tickets without solving the problem. They gave me some fast replies just to close the ticket.
At the end I was forced to register with another company and asked for a refund through paypal.
Now I tried to give them a second chance with another domain but when registering, the sistem gives me an error so I contactd once again the support team and guess what? They are just closing tickets with a quick pasted reply.
I have to go somewhere else once again, this company is terrible.

😠 Horrible service. Go for it if u have a habit of doing things 100times slower then normal standard. I m a partner of net4 and we get free webspace credits to use for but the service r so bad that i m not using it any more although i have more then Rs. 25000/- credit left. Every thing takes days to weeks which u can do at other place in 5minuts like Domain registration, Name server change (the normal timing for ns change is 2 days where as with other domain control panel it is 1 minute). planning to move domains aways but they r not providing auth code easily. bottom line don't go for this comapny if u r not ready to get beaten by ur clients.

😠 Our woes started with several domains that are registered with Net4. Net4 just refused to provide us with AuthCodes so that we could transfer them away. They kept bouncing us back and forth with their 'Generate Tickets' games. In the end, we gave up and paid premium pricing yet again to Net4 to renew our domain.
Trouble has started again when we want to transfer our domain that was registered through Tata. Turns out Tata has actually used Net4 for this job. Now Net4 does not want to give us CRN ID, Password and AuthCodes. The CRN ID/Password they sent to us does not work. The 1860- phone number they provided does not work and the 3- phone number does not have any customer care associates manning it (and they promise 24x7 support).
The saga has not yet ended. I will be glad to see this company de-registered by NIXI and ICANN and the Directors arrested for fraud.

On January 10 we have purchased a hosting for our site www@englishlearning@co@in . This is a word press site and before purchasing we have been assured that word press site will work fine on their hosting. We uploaded our web site on Feb 10 and from then till March 10 the site did not worked properly.
Our daily task was to file a ticket and tack with their customer care and that also without any solution. We had a talk with multiple people and even their Sr. Manager Customer Care Ms. Anamilka Mukherjee. But they are all helpless or we can say they are big cheaters.
We lost a huge amount of money in between and finally we transfer our hosting to US server.
We asked net4 to refund back our money because they did not able to provide good hosting. They said money will not be refunded back.

I The worst services i I have come across
1.When I called the call center the agent takes down my CRN ID and waits for her system show up the details for 15 minutes and i should keep asking her "are u there on line"?
2.The agents keep u on hold for long so that you will hangup yourself
3. The agent takes down mob number and doesn't bother to call back, obviously since they an resolve issue.
They cant mange their own systems, let alone domains.
Name server issue took 3 days(not yet resolved as i am typing this post)
They waste a lot of time on phone(on your money) keep u waiting obviously since they cant open and see your details.
Irresponsible towards customer

1. All other Domain Name Registrar's give the option to get the TRANSFER SECRET or AUTHCODE so that a user can move out of their services. In their case it has to be request for on the phone. There is no way to request for this information by raising a trouble ticket.

They are just pocketing hard earned money with indians. Initially they made setup of there offices all most in every big city and marketed there products and services with a committment of services and showing offices saying we are available 24X7 for you in your city. They made false committments and just grab the advance payments from endusers - Resellers and partners. After grabbing all amount they vanished all offices saying that our head office in Noida will take care of customer support. In there every office only sales persons are available to just take the payments not responsibility of services. For any kind of services we have to contact Noida office and in Noida office 3-4 staff handling each and every thing and making fool of every one as they are running a very big organisation. 😠 I bought two domains and one hosting package. Paid them full amount. But tried calling them, mailing them....and did my level best to host the site. They never got back. 3 times they took my number down to call back but never did. I'm in US and is very familiar about hosting the site. Never went past the sales girls.

Its has been a week and I havent been able to get my site up and running yet.. not that I am a newbie or anything.. I have been a full time webmaster for the last 8 years and I have never seen such unprofessional hosting company.
