😠 Pluginspace 24/7 service / NOT
I hosted with Pluginspace for several years (Reseller plan) due to the low price and the features are pretty good. There were several outages, but every time I shopped around and tried other hosts I decided to tough it out. Eventually my plan was inadequate so again I shopped around. I decided to purchase another Pluginspace plan that more closely fit my needs and prepaid for two years. I them to cancel my old plan. I migrated my domains over and was very pleased... for a while. I kept getting billed for the account that was supposed to be closed. That was about 9 months ago. In that time I have opened up several support tickets with billing, sales, and their support section to try to get this resolved. In that time they have suspended my PREPAID account at least four times because I didn't pay for the closed account. I have not once received a response from sales or billing to my requests, but so far after a day or so support turns my prepaid account back on for a month or [read more...]

😠 Pluginspace is so worst
These people are so unprofessional. They suspended my account without notification and when I asked them for the reason and details they didn't provide. They just said migrate your account. ha ha ha so unprofessional they are at least they have to provide the proof if my account was causing any issue

😞 Their uptime/service is so-so. I'm get annoyed by two things:

- They silently upgraded the PHP from 4 to 5, even without an e-mail to their customers, and then, broke my PHP code (even it's my coding error)

- It's impossible to terminate the service: I've switched to some VPS hosting and I tried to raise support tickets and sent e-mails to sales@pluginspace.com to terminate my account, but no response and it still e-mail the invoice and "outstanding" mail every month, after 8 months! Anybody can help?
