😁 I have unmanaged Shared hosting account with Ricoh Data center. They are very helpful and the support always responds promptly. What I like even most is that their servers and network are fast. This helps me alot because I host and develop some apps with them.

😁 Well, a year ago I built a web site on php language and, frankly speaking, it was very hard for me to find a company which I can trust. After desperate days of my research I bought business e-commerce shared hosting plan from RicohIDC as it met all my specific requirements and my budget. I have being hosted by them for more than 2 year. I would like to mention that everything is good. I am happy with their uptime. In addition, their unrivaled support team was very helpful when I needed their assistance. I am quite happy using their services.

😠 Since last one week ricoh data center is not able to fix the issue their links are getting down again and again and this is the case with dedicated server. Whenever we call on their Kolkata support number they are coordinating with data or airtel. Just because this pathetic service we are loosing our business.

😠 very lazy on setup VPS and fake on refunds.
I booked a VPS for 1 month only. At the time of online payment, on first attempt, payment was approved by CARD provider, but rejected at RICOH's website. I tried to pay it again.. this time same thing happened. I got sms for both the transaction was successful. I called at RICOH, they assured me that 1 transaction will be revert back as its a one month PLAN. Its been almost 3 month now from the transaction date and they have not refunded my amount. Every time I am getting response as THEY ARE WORKING ON IT. I am not sure when they will return my money. Now it looks to me that they are not interested in refunding my amount.
