😠 Url will not enforce their own regulations to protect people.
As a hosting company urljet.com are in violation of their own rules, by allowing one of their websites juot.net to openly display a stolen photograph of me in an attempt to stalk and harass me.
Their OWN rules prohibit this, but despite repeated abuse reports, they do not seem competent enough to police their OWN rules. And actually enforce them. Why is this I wonder, are they protecting someone at the expense of their own integrity?
One does wonder what they would really be like if a client of theirs had a problem, if they are unable to enforce their own terms of service.
The promotional advertising they do counts for nothing, if a Client cannot rely on them doing the right thing.
Many times, it is how an organization responds to valid complaints that show whether they are genuine. I am sure that there are many other hosting companies that actually do the right thing, but alas it seems that urljet do not fall into that category.

🗨 The person, (they are not a client) refused to send the required DMCA take down notice or identify himself with more and an anonymous email.
While we will comply 100% with requests following procedure, we will not remove content from clients website based on an anonymous request.
Unfortunately, this person either didn't understand there was a procedure or was unwilling to follow it.

😠 Worst customer service ever
I called URL with questions about the vBPRO, there representative not only told me to buy there vBPRO package but told me it included the license for vbulletin. Once I found out that it I was misinformed I called back there automated customer service that would hang up on me, I asked for a refund and they sent me a invoice. They misinformed me in order to get my money. Try calling there customer service and you will see.

🗨 Wow, don't know what to say...The reality is that a charge-back does no one any good and yes, our support desk did error. When discovered, his money was refunded within 5 days of the account opening.

😁 This is the first host I have ever worked that to date has had 100% uptime. The only time my sites have been down is when I take them down for maint.
While URLJet is a little more expensive than most the quality of support has been second to none. Tickets are answered in a timely manner everytime, even when it is for issues I have created. Recently I created an issue on my own site and had to bring it back from a backup. As advertised there are backups every hour. Within minutes of submitting a ticket the URLJet support team was on it. The site was quickly restored with no loss of data.
I use a dedicated server that URLJet manages for me. This allows me to focus on creating content not on the day to day server management tasks.
I've been with other hosts that just do not offer the same level of service, support and performance. Thanks to URLJet I can focus on running my sites, not my servers.

Their set to run vb the way you want it to work with centOs and litespeed....They even have hourly backups, although my shared board doesn't have enough traffic to really need that and I haven't had to use it but it make me feel better to know its there.
In a year and a half I've not had an outage beyond planed maintenance.
