😠 Keine Erinnerungen vor Rechnungslegung. Keine Erklärung auf Rückfrage, welche Leistungen nun im Paket genau inkludiert sind. Schriftliche Formulierungen des Supports wie "SIE haben das selbst gemacht" etc. -
ein gut gemeinter Rat: wie schwer ist es, Menschen zu informieren, dass ihr Paket erneuert wird und die Kosten X auf sie zukommen? Emails sind heutzutage planbar und euch entgeht auch die Chance eines Upsales. Stattdessen ärgert man sich nur Geld für etwas bezahlen zu müssen, dass man nicht braucht - weil ihr ja Rechnungen stellt für Pakete die in der Zukunft laufen. Ich glaube, ihr macht das mit Absicht und spekuliert darauf, dass Leute ihre Domains und Serviceleistungen bei euch vergessen. Leider echt schlecht die Firma.

Das hat mir ein extra Jahr gekostet gebracht, gratis Aktionen zum Schnuppern, nur das anklicken lost schon einen Vertrag aus ohne es zu wissen, ab einen gratis Monat wird dann verrechnet ohne das man es bewusst bestellt hat, habe eine 6 Monats Rechnung bekommen und das war noch nicht alles…

😠 Meine Seite läuft schon seit längerer Zeit bei einem anderen Hoster. Dennoch versäumt world4you es nicht, mir Rechnungen zum Hosting zu schicken. Dies nun schon zum zweiten Mal! Auch das SSL-Zertifikat muss plötzlich extra gezahlt werden, stolzer Preis ca. 30 Euro. Das SSL-Zertifikat war zum damaligen Zeitpunkt inklusive des Hostings.
Im Fazit: Kündigungen werden einfach nicht akzeptiert.
Interessant sind auch Fragmente im E-Mail Verkehr: "das könnte ein Fehler im System sein, auch wenn das Paket gekündigt ist, solange der Stichtag noch nicht erreicht wurde, muss die DNS-Strutkur ersichtlich sein" - die darauf hinweisen, dass das Paket gekündigt ist. Später wird dann gesagt, es sei nicht gekündigt.
Neben dem Hosting versendet world4you auch doppelte Rechnungen für ein und dieselbe Domainregistrierung und den gleichen Zeitraum. (beweisbar).

😠 Seid etwa 9 Monaten kommt es regelmäßig zu Ausfällen und Problemen mit der Erreichbarkeit mehrerer Webseiten auf mehreren Servern. Teils von mir, Teils von Kunden. Tickets werden nicht beantwortet. War lange überzeugt von World4You. Wechsel alle eigenen Projekte und Teilweise Projekte von Kunden

😠 Wie schon mehrere Kunden dieser Firma in diversen Foren gepostet haben, scheint World4you ein Problem damit zu haben, wenn Kunden kündigen. Meine Kündigung (2x schriftlich per Mail) im Jahr 2018 wurde ignoriert, ich bekam zwar dann eine Antwort, in der nachgefragt wurde, was der Grund für meine Kündigung sei, aber eine offizielle Bestätigung meiner Kündigung war das nicht. Für mich war die Sache dann allerdings erledigt, ich war der Meinung, der Vertrag sei damit gekündigt. Als 2019 von meinem Konto wieder der Jahresbetrag abgebucht wurde, ohne dass ich eine Rechnung bekommen hätte, ist mir das leider entgangen. 2020 das selbe wieder, Jahresbetrag abgebucht, nur habe ich es diesmal bemerkt. Auf Nachfrage wurde mir erklärt, mein Vertrag sei ja noch aufrecht. Ich hab zum Glück noch die gesamte Mail-Korrespondenz und obwohl die Firma auf stur schaltet bin ich nicht bereit, diese Rechnung zu bezahlen. Ein Fall für den Konsumentenschutz! Finger weg von World4you!

😠 Ich bin seit Jahren Kunde und war bis dato sehr zufrieden. Leider bin ich mit einer Domain von einem anderen Provider umgestiegen um eine einheitliche Wartungsumgebung zu haben. Im Zuge des Umstieg sind zwei Probleme aufgetreten die man am Telefon innerhalb von 5 Minuten bereinigt hätte. Telefon geht nicht mehr. Der Support sendet nach Tagen eine 08/15 Mail die kein Lösung des Problems beschreibt.Das zweite Problem ist noch trivialer und wird gänzlich ignoriert. Ich bereue umgestiegen zu sein. Einen derartig ignoranten und miesen Support habe ich in 38 Jahren EDV nicht erlebt.

😠 The worst hosting experience in my life.
I wonder why didn't I read the reviews here before I made this stupid experiment.
Its a disaster.. Everything went bad from beginning to end.. Support, Payment, Cancellation... They really suck!
I just wanna warn any future user to think twice or even three times before jumping into this BLACK HOLE

😠 Der Homepage-Baukasten ist nicht zu empfehlen. Nach Bestellung wird das Geld sofort abgebucht, den Zugang bekommt man erst auf Nachfrage - und dann funktioniert es trotz "Hilfe" des Supports nicht sich einfach nur einzuloggen. Man hat also 1 Jahr bezahlt und kann absolut gar nichts machen. Zurück treten wird aber auch nicht gestattet, man wird nur ausgelacht. Wird wohl ein Fall für die Rechtsschutzversicherung.

😠 BITTE NICHT!! Geht lieber zu ALL-INKL - die sind günstiger und helfen einem wirklich, bei World4You bekommt man einfach nur eine Antwort. Ich weiß nicht was das für ein Laden ist, da ich eigentlich einen österreichischen Hoster wollte, kommt mir aber eher wie ein Betrüger vor, aber wenn ich 90€ im Jahr für den Domainserver PRO zahle und der dann eher nur Basic Light ist, im Vergleich zu billigeren Tarifen bei anderen Anbietern, dann komme ich mir wirklich verappelt vor!! Schlechte Produkte und ein noch schlechterer, sowie unhöflicher und frecher Service.
Habe firstgerecht 1 Monat vor Ablauf gekündigt, jedoch wird diese nicht akzeptiert, da kein Firmenstempel drauf sei. Als Einzelunternehmer besitze ich nicht einmal einen Firmenstempel. Ich war 2 Jahre Kunde mit ca. 15 Domains, ich werde jetzt ALLES kündigen.
Abgesehen davon wird mit günstigen Preisen im 1. Jahr gelockt und dann natürlich ab dem 2. verdoppelt, da ein Umzug für viele aus eigener Kraft nicht machbar sind. Ich bin [read more...]

😠 "world4you" is not recommendable, if you intend to do a little bit more than just a small Wordpress site. And even then be aware:
- expensive!!!
- bad, incompetent, slow, unfriendly support
- Strange setup, really strange setup...
- Typically Austrian support times. No weekend. Not even the pro support offer!!

Langsam, wenig RAM, Ladezeiten von über 10 Sekunden, keine freien SSL - nicht mal Let's Encrypt, die ja kostenlos sind, schlechter Support - antwortet erst nach mehreren Tagen - Chat ist so gut wie nie erreichbar, bei Anfragen vor Kauf wird einem 256MB RAM versprochen - man bekommt nur 160MB und davon sind durch andere User bereits 110MB ausgelastet, Support empfiehlt einem, den "UMWEG" über Cloudflare zu entfernen und macht die Webseite dadurch noch langsamer, Support versichert einem (nur am Telefon, da nicht nachweisbar), dass man eine Lösung zur Rückerstattung findet, wenn man nicht zufrieden ist - wenn man die Rückerstattung dann fordert, weil einem falsche Fakten und Daten geliefert wurden, lehnen sie alles ab.
Fazit: absolut KEINE Empfehlung!

😁 Keine Probleme, so wie es sein soll. Toll finde ich den kostenlosen Cloudspeicher, der seit einiger Zeit zur Verfügung steht. So hat das Hosting gleich noch einen Mehrwert. Weiter so Jungs und Mädls :)

😁 Bisher keine Ausfälle oder andere technische Probleme. Die Domain wurde sofort eingerichtet und registriert. Hatte bisher einmal den Telefonsupport benötigt, sowie mehrmals das Ticketsystem. Klappte einwandfrei. Wünschen würde ich mir eine automatische Updatefunktion für mein WordPress. Vielleicht kommt das ja mal.

😞 Ich nutze seit vielen Jahren W4Y und habe einige HP's gehostet.
Leider muss ich auch dazu sagen das es in letzter zeit vermehrt zu downzeiten kommt.
Früher waren die downzeiten maximal ein paar Minuten, doch nun geht es schon ins eingemachte denn die Seiten sind Stunden bzw. einen ganzen Tag gar nicht erreichbar.
So viel zum Thema ausfallsicherheit und hochverfügbares Netz seitens W4Y.
Dies ist für mein Geschäft kein Aushängeschild wenn mich Kunden anrufen und meinen das die Seite z.b. seit gestern nicht erreichbar ist.
Leider bekommt man von W4Y auch keine Antwort warum die server nun vermehrt Down sind, das nenne ich Kundenservice!
Das große Problem daran ist das die Mails natürlich auch nicht funktionieren.
Werde meine Seiten nach langer und reiflicher überlegung nun zu einem anderen Provider transferieren.
